Submit an Exterior Painting Application Form, and color samples to obtain approval to paint the exterior of your home, fence, deck, and/or storage building. An application is required even if you are repainting the structure with the same color (touch-up or maintenance painting of a portion of the structure with the same color does not require ACC approval). Selection of standard MCCA colors will significantly shorten the time required for approval. A book of standard colors is available at the MCCA Office.

PDF format is usable from both PC's and Mac's, but requires that you have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer (available here). To use the PDF form, you can save it on your computer or just print it directly from the screen. PDF forms must be filled in by hand.

You may also download the form in Microsoft Word format and fill it in directly on the screen using your computer, or save it and fill it in later. This requires that you have MS Word on your computer (Version '97 or later).
