Foster a sense of community.
The Mill Creek Community Association, through communication with all its members, shall foster a sense of togetherness and belonging; developing a partnership that will encourage a willing adherence to our covenants in order to maintain the natural beauty and value of the properties and to ensure a sound financial base for the continuance of the organization.

Communicate and respond to members concerns on issues.
As the representatives of the largest group of citizens within the City of Mill Creek, the association shall provide the members with an early alert as to policies, studies or regulations under consideration by community or government agencies that may affect our environment or lifestyle. With feedback from its members the MCCA shall then provide a community voice to governmental agencies supportive of membership's desires.

Maintain security functions.
MCCA will continue to provide security functions as an adjunct to the City of Mill Creek Police Department; to assist members as necessary; and to provide security check service to vacationing members.
