Security Committee

The MCCA Security and Maintenance Committee consists of specifically qualified, well-informed and long-standing members who work closely with Mary Ann Heine, Community Association Manager of MCCA, often on a day-to-day basis. Every security problem is fully discussed as it arises and is dealt with immediately.

On all issues the committee reaches consensus and advises the MCCA Board. Issues that are dealt with might include responding to vandalism (stolen mail, damaged entrance signs, graffiti); patrolling (holidays, especially Halloween, streets and crosswalks as children attend and leave school, divisions for garage doors unintentionally left open, houses of absent owners for wayward alarms, sprinklers, newspapers, packages, flyers); and being ever watchful (residents in need due to car failure, accidents, foul weather, illness). The security personnel, as well as the committee, maintain excellent cooperation with the Mill Creek Police Department.
